Unfortunately, we cannot take on every client that contacts us due to the availability of designers, current workload and scheduling but we do try to accommodate as many customers as humanly possible.We are booking new clients every day and so it is important to contact us as soon as possible if you are interested in working together.

Before ordering all your invitations we highly recommend you order a sample. This way you can see up close and in person what materials we use. We find this step to be the most important in helping you make your decisions.

If you are ready to proceed with the design process and order your invitations then...

1. The first step to the design process is to contact lauren.

2. Once we hear from you we can set up a time for a phone consultation. During this consultation we can talk more about what you have in mind and discuss your options.

3. If your invitation is going to be created from one of the designs already in our portfolio then you should have a pretty good sense of the invitation costs after our phone consultation. If, however, we are designing something completely new or introducing a material that will affect the cost, then a custom quote will be created for you.

4. After you approve the cost of the invites, we then will need a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your place on the schedule. Although this deposit is not refundable in the case of a cancellation, it will be deducted off your final balance after final approval.

5. Once the deposit is received, the design process begins! As soon as you are ready you can submit the wording you would like to use. If you need help with your wording we are certainly able to help!

6. An on-screen view will be prepared and emailed for you to review. At this time we can make any needed changes to the files. Often times we will also send swatches of paper colors and ribbons (if available) for you to review.

7. We then email the files one more time, and ask you double check everything for accuracy. When you are ready to give final approval, the outstanding balance is required.

8. Once final approval is received, your invitation materials will be mailed within 3-4 weeks.

9. Prepare for the rave reviews from your invited guests!
